We are small business, a tiny family company, so we put our hearts in everything we do.

Sometimes, we need to swap items in our hampers, like for example a flavour of a tea or coffee. It will always be swapped for a higher or the same value item, but rest assured, these are only minor changes on rare occasions.

Comes in a gorgeous gift bag. Then it is wrapped in bubble wrap & placed in cardboard box for transportstion

While I post these hampers within 1 working day, the delivery time could extend in busy times like Christmas or during current outbreak; this is unfortunately beyond my control, as I believe all couriers experience occasional delays. I use Royal Mail, Ups or Evri, both aiming to deliver in 2 working days, but please allow extra time when ordering.
